Camps and Clinics:

Camps and Clinics are scheduled periodically to help students develop their skills and learn the latest trends in their perspective sports. Under the instruction of USASF qualified staff, nationally competitive collegiate instructors and trained collegiate instructors assist in creating a safe, fun and challenging learning experience for school, all star and collegiate athletics.

Cheer Lessons:

Cheer lessons (groups or individuals) develop and/or enhance student skill sets in the following areas:

  • Competition Prep
  • Jumps
  • Motions
  • Routines
  • Stunts (Co-Ed & All Girl)
  • Try Outs
Under the guidance of USASF qualified staff, nationally competitive collegiate instructors and trained collegiate instructors assist in creating a safe, fun and challenging learning experience for athletes.
 
Conditioning Programs:
ATH FIT Fusion's conditioning programs ensure you improve accuracy, athletic performance, stamina and all 10 physical fitness components.
The 10 physical fitness components are divided into health and skill related components.

Health:

  • Body Composition

  • Cardiorespiratory Fitness

  • Muscular Endurance

  • Muscular Strength

 

Skill Related:

  • Agility

  • Balance

  • Coordination

  • Flexibility

  • Power

  • Reaction Time

  • Speed

 

Dance:

From Tricks/Tricking, Hip Hop to Liturgical and Modern to Pom and Cheer, bring your dance routines and let us enhance it. Here are the benefits you will receive when you take dance lessons with us:

Event Prep:

Do you have an upcoming event you would like to prepare for? We can help you improve your skills in a group coaching setting or in a personal 1-on-1 environment. Please contact us for further information.

 

Homeschool Clinics:

Homeschool clinics are periodically offered to provide physical fitness options in a fun, safe and Christian environment. Coach Donald's 30+ years of experience in gymnastics, cheer, tumbling and fitness ensures high-energy, interactive activities for homeschoolers of all ages. Stay tuned for upcoming homeschool clinics!

Private Sessions:

Privates are sessions for any students that want that want to boost their skill sets. Most private lessons focus on tumbling. However, private sessions can cover any of the activities below and more.

  • Tryout Prep

Private sessions cost a flat rate of $30 for the half hour. Please contact Coach Donald if you're interested in scheduling your next private session.
